Assalam u Alaikum Vector Team,
I ordered a Vector helmet that was dispatched through your service on 8th June 2026. Today is 16th June and I still have not received my parcel.
The tracking status has been stuck at "Dispatched" since 8th June with no further updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, your support team has not provided any clear reason for this 8-day delay.
This is my first experience with vector helmet and it has been extremely disappointing.
Please urgently investigate this issue and provide:
1. The exact reason for the delay
2. Current location of my parcel
3. A confirmed delivery date
I expect an immediate response and swift resolution.
