Assalam u Alaikum Vector Team,

I ordered a Vector helmet that was dispatched through your service on 8th June 2026. Today is 16th June and I still have not received my parcel.

The tracking status has been stuck at "Dispatched" since 8th June with no further updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, your support team has not provided any clear reason for this 8-day delay.

This is my first experience with vector helmet and it has been extremely disappointing.

Please urgently investigate this issue and provide:
1. The exact reason for the delay
2. Current location of my parcel
3. A confirmed delivery date

I expect an immediate response and swift resolution.

i buy this helmet onstore about 3 month before and forsure thats amazing boom bomm

the grill when pulled up doesn't get back down with ease
plus after use for 4,5 days. it has started making clicking noises while riding due to poor quality

Unfortunately, i had an accident following my purchase but thankfully this helmet saved my head very well with minimal issues arising which i was able to fix at a local shop. No doubt that vector helmets are sturdy and strong.
